This letter is on behalf of New Line Productions, Inc. (“New Line”), a division of Time Warner Inc. New Line is the owner of numerous rights in connection with the advertising, promotion and sale of its entertainment services, namely motion pictures and related products and services, including rights associated with New Line’s production of HAIRSPRAY and associated images (hereinafter, the “Copyrighted Works”).

It has come to our attention that you are offering for download from http://leaksource.blogspot.com/2007/08/official-motion-picture-soundtrack-to.html what you claim to be the Official Motion Picture Soundtrack To Hairspray 2007”. To our knowledge, you are not authorized by New Line or its agents to make use of the Copyrighted Works. Therefore, your actions infringe New Line’s intellectual property rights.

We ask that you contact us to confirm that you will immediately cease any and all unauthorized use of the Copyrighted Works.

We trust you will understand New Line’s interest in protecting its valuable intellectual property. We look forward to your reply and request a response by no later than August 16, 2007.

    Anyways, it's not a big loss dude...Hairspray, it's not a big thing, but if they want you to remove it do it, or they'll sue you... Hope they don't...
